Plastic chains are available with a closed structure (also called straight mat top) for straight applications. Modular chain systems are ideal for linking different machines or zones over long distances, transporting via wide, strong systems, making buffer tables with low friction and/or bridging a distance in different directions (2D, 3D). The closed switching mat (straight mat top) transport system is a flexible and effective solution for buffer transport and for straight stretches. The wide conveyor belt can be delivered in components, in modules or as a complete system. The width of the closed switching mat transport system ranges from 20 to 3000mm and the length up to 96000mm.
