Timing belt conveyors, multiple systems

Toothed belts, also called timing belts, are used where dimensional stability and precise guidance are important, such as with parallel conveyor systems or heavier applications. Timing belt conveyors are used for such purposes as the transport of products that must be positioned.

Timing belt conveyors are available with single, double and multiple guide systems. The timing belt material is chosen to suit the application. As with conveyor belts, timing belts can also be supplied in different widths and lengths. Various motors are available for the transport systems: direct drive, indirect drive, mid drive or drum motor. Timing belt conveyors can be supplied with fixed or adjustable side guides, and with a base with adjustable feet or height-adjustable. They can also be supplied without a base for attachment to machines or suspension from the ceiling. Timing belt conveyors can also be delivered ready for connection with control box, start/stop switch, emergency stop and motor relay or frequency control.
